An Attorney, age 42, born in Lansing, MI and has resided in Lansing and Lansing Township for 14 years with his wife, Gaile, a recently naturalized US Citizen. Together they have four children. Patrick Baker earned his Bachelors Degree in Political Science, and a Masters Degree in Catechetical Education prior to earning his Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Lansing’s Thomas Cooley Law School in 1996.
